Iso-saddle Ring
The Iso-saddle ring is a high-performance random packing developed from the Intalox saddle. It delivers better gas-liquid distribution and lower pressure drop.
Design Concept
To address the limitations of the Intalox saddle — uneven liquid distribution and localized pressure drop — the Iso-saddle offers three improvements:

Compared to rectangular saddle rings, irregular saddle rings have a more continuous curved surface and a more refined flow guiding structure.

Easily foaming systems
Less suitable for:
Strongly fouling or high-particulate media (flow guiding channels are prone to clogging)
