The appearance of the ceramic saddle ring is a half of a hyperbolic cylinder with a ring rib in the middle. It is also called a saddle packing in the chemical industry. Its specifications and dimensions are determined by the diameter of the outer ring of the neck. The ceramic saddle ring is an open packing with a semicircular structure. It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. There is an annular reinforcement rib in the middle to avoid overlapping and shielding of the fillers. It has a large porosity and good fluid distribution performance, thereby improving the effective utilization rate of mass transfer and heat transfer. It is widely used in RTO and RCO devices for exhaust gas purification and gas oxidation.
