Details

The honeycomb ceramic heat storage body (monolithic) is composed of parallel, through and evenly distributed honeycomb channels. It can be made of cordierite, mullite-cordierite, mullite, corundum mullite, corundum, silicon carbide, medium-alumina porcelain, dense medium-high aluminum, flame porcelain and other ceramic materials in different specifications, sizes and shapes. It has the advantages of low thermal expansion coefficient, large specific surface area, heat shock resistance, small pressure drop resistance, fast thermal conductivity, accelerated chemical reaction speed, super strong adsorption and other incomparable advantages of ordinary ceramics such as porcelain balls and porcelain rings. As the core component of RTO/RCO technology, it plays the role of a heat storage heat exchanger and has the function of purifying waste gas such as VOCs. While recovering flue gas waste heat and promoting efficient combustion, it greatly reduces NOx emissions and is widely used in RTO and RCO devices for waste gas purification and gas oxidation.
