Platinum Rare Earth Catalyst
Platinum rare earth catalyst is made of cordierite honeycomb ceramic as the matrix, rare earth additives and γ-activated alumina as the carrier, and precious metals Pt and Pd as the active components. It is highly dispersed and evenly distributed. It is a new type of efficient organic waste gas purification and gas oxidation catalyst; it has the technical characteristics of high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, long service life, small air flow resistance, and excellent mechanical strength. It is installed in CO (catalytic incinerator) or RCO device (regenerative catalytic furnace) for use. It is suitable for catalytic combustion of organic waste gas emitted by chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, paint baking and spraying, printing, color steel manufacturing and other industries, as well as oxidation purification of toxic and harmful waste gases such as gas and carbon monoxide. The heat generated during the purification process can be recycled.
