Heat Storage Ceramic Balls
Details

Thermal storage ceramic balls are thermal storage materials that were widely used in the early stage of high-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery. Our factory presided over the compilation of the national industry standard for thermal storage ceramic balls. Generally, there are various materials such as low aluminum, medium aluminum and high aluminum. There are shapes such as spheres, porous spheres, and porous cylindrical balls. They have the advantages of large thermal storage capacity, good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, low price, and can be reused after screening. However, their labyrinth-like airflow channels are easy to clog, with small specific surface area and reduced thermal storage efficiency. At present, the main thermal storage materials of RTO and RCO devices are gradually replaced by honeycomb ceramic thermal storage bodies.
